Changing your Inoya pad on the go is simple. Fold the used pad in on itself, snap the wings together and place it in a waterproof wet bag until you get home. Because you're only storing the folded pad - not an entire pair of period underwear - it's compact, discreet and takes up very little space in your bag. The waterproof wet bag helps keep everything contained until you're ready to wash it.

With proper care, Inoya reusable pads are designed to last 3+ years. Made with GOTS-certified organic cotton and high-quality materials, each pad replaces hundreds of disposable pads over its lifetime, helping reduce waste while saving money. Caring for them is simple: rinse with cold water after use, soak in cold water with a little detergent for around half a day, then machine wash with your regular laundry and air dry.

Yes. Every reusable pad in an Inoya period care set is independently lab tested and made with GOTS-certified organic cotton and a breathable, leakproof backing. Free from PFAS, chlorine, dyes and synthetic fragrance, they're machine washable and designed for comfortable, reliable use for 3+ years with proper care.

Yes. Our Overnight Pad (34 cm) is designed to provide our highest level of absorbency for overnight use and heavier flows. Its extra-long shape offers added coverage while you sleep, helping you wake up feeling comfortable and confident. For lighter overnight flow, our Large Pad (28 cm) also provides excellent overnight protection.
