Is it normal to feel pressure or cramping while wearing the cup?
You shouldn’t feel any pain while the cup is in. That said, some people may feel a bit of pressure if the cup is positioned too high or pressing against the cervix. Inoya’s soft silicone is designed to reduce this, but if you're cramping or feeling discomfort, it might be worth trying a different fold or inserting the cup slightly lower. A small adjustment can make a big difference in comfort.

How do Inoya reusable pads work?
Reusable pads work just like the disposable ones you’re used to — just way comfier and better for your body. Ours are made with multiple layers of soft, absorbent organic cotton that draw moisture away and lock in your flow. They stay put with handy wings that snap around your underwear. Just change them every 3–4 hours (or more often on heavier days), and you’re good to go.
Are reusable period pads comfortable?
Our reusable pads are made to feel good. They're soft, breathable, and designed with smooth edges so there's nothing to rub or irritate. We use organic cotton because your most sensitive areas deserve gentle, non-toxic comfort all day long.
Are reusable pads suitable for everyone?
Our pads are made for most people who menstruate — with different sizes and absorbencies to suit light to heavy days. Everyone’s flow and preferences are different, so it’s all about finding what works best for you. If you're new to reusable pads or liners, starting with a pantyliner is a great way to ease in. You can pair it with your usual product (like a tampon or menstrual cup) and see how it feels for you ☺
How many pads/pantyliners do I need?
The number of pads needed depends on your flow and how frequently you prefer to wash them. As a starting point, having around 6-8 pads is usually sufficient. This allows for rotation while some pads are in use and others are being washed and dried.
How long do Inoya pads last?
With proper use and care, Inoya pads are designed to last 3 years or longer.
Are reusable menstrual pads hygienic and safe?
Yes, reusable menstrual pads will remain hygienic if properly cleaned and cared for. It's important to follow proper washing instructions and maintain good personal hygiene practices during your menstrual cycle.
Do reusable pads smell bad when carried in a bag?
Not if you store them properly. Once folded and tucked into a waterproof pouch or wet bag, used pads can be carried discreetly and without odour.
As long as they’ve been properly washed and dried, they’ll stay fresh and ready to go until it’s time to use or wash them again.
