Yes. When used correctly, menstrual cups are considered a safe and effective form of period care for most women. The Inoya Period Cup is made from 100% medical-grade WACKER silicone (Germany), independently lab tested, and free from BPA, heavy metals, latex and dyes.

Wash your hands, then fold the cup (a C-fold or punch-down fold is easiest for beginners). While seated, squatting, or with one leg raised, gently insert the folded cup into the vaginal canal. Once inside, let it open naturally, then run a finger around the base to confirm it has fully opened. It should sit comfortably below the cervix.

Yes. The Inoya Cup is designed to prevent leaks and provide comfort whether you're sleeping, exercising, swimming, or on the go. Its soft silicone forms a leak-proof seal that stays put through movement.

You shouldn't feel pain while the cup is in. Some people may feel light pressure if the cup is positioned too high or against the cervix. Inoya's soft silicone is designed to minimise this, but if you feel discomfort, try repositioning the cup slightly lower or using a different fold.

Take a small water bottle into the cubicle with you. Empty the cup into the toilet, rinse it with the bottle water, then reinsert. Wash your hands thoroughly at the sink afterwards.

Rinse in cold water after use, then soak in cold water with a small amount of detergent. If any stains remain, apply a little soap directly to the fabric, leave it to soak for another hour or so, then rinse and machine wash with your regular laundry on a cold or warm cycle. Air dry to help extend the life of your pads. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and high heat, as they can damage the organic cotton and waterproof backing over time.

Reusable pads work just like disposables, only softer and healthier. Multiple layers of absorbent organic cotton draw moisture away and lock in your flow. Wings snap around your underwear to keep the pad in place. Change every 3-4 hours (or more often on heavy days).
