More about our Reusable Menstrual Cup

How long does a menstrual cup last?

With proper care, it can last up to 10 years. But, we recommend replacing it every 3 years to keep things fresh and fabulous.

How do I clean my Reusable Menstrual Cup?

Sterilise it at the beginning and end of each cycle. During use, just rinse it with running water and you’re good to go!

Can I swim or exercise while wearing a cup?

Absolutely! You can definitely swim or exercise with your cup. Just a heads-up: if you're doing low to moderate exercise while your cup is full (like swimming), the pressure on your pelvic muscles might cause some leakage. To keep things worry-free, make sure to empty your cup at least 1 to 4 hours before hitting the pool or gym.

I can't wait to continue to use it!

As someone who love using my original period cup, I was beyond impressed that it came with its own sterilising cup as well - so much better than having to have a designated pot and spoon, especially being in a share house. As soon as I put the cup in, I forgot it was there (and continue to forget it was there over the course of my period) which allowed me to keep living without interrupton. A big PSA for all people with long nails, be careful when trying to grab the loop to recover the cup, it definately took me sometime to figure out what was the best. I love how easy it is to empty while in the shower, and never had an issue with overflow and leakage - but I do say that from the POV of someone who is on the pill and has very average periods.

Loving it!

Have been loving it! Has been such a game changer on so many levels. Took it with me to Japan recently.

My only bit of feedback is its not easy to find instructions on the website on how to use the cleaning cup since I threw out the packaging. Every month I forget how long I'm meant to stick it in the microwave for and I have to hunt through Instagram posts. Would be great to have it on the FAQ page!

Absolutely loved it!

I haven’t tried other period cups before so I have nothing to compare it to but what I loved was how easy they are to insert, remove and clean. The sterilising cup and the fact it folds. All pieces are easily to take around (took with me on our family holiday!)

The hook which makes removal easy

And also the biggest factor is honestly how good you feel by preventing additional pads and tampons ending up in landfill. The sustainability factor is a big one for me

I love the cup!

I love the cup and how easy it is to sterilise.

I like this cup compared to my old cups because it is more flexible and doesn’t feel as stiff when it’s in. I also like the ring which I can grip to pull it out.

Thank you, Inoya!

Hygiene products are often a hard-to-avoid source of waste, but sustainable period products are making a difference. Replacing single-use pads and tampons, Inoya offers reusable solutions, including cloth pads and menstrual cups. 🌿

These products are planet and body safe, eliminating the heavy metals and harsh chemicals associated with traditional period supplies. Reusing in this way doesn’t just reduce environmental waste. It also saves money, which is a big deal. We’re in a cost of living crisis, and essential period products are expensive! 🌼

I think my favourite thing about Inoya, though, is the brand’s commitment to social justice. For every purchase this Black Friday, Inoya is giving back to women and girls in need via @sharethedignity. In a world where period poverty is a driving force in gender inequality, this is a critical step for change. ✨

Thank you, Inoya, for making period care more ethical and sustainable, one product at a time. 💜

The best cup I’ve used!

I have used various menstrual cup brands for the past 10 years and haven’t looked back. I like that they last for years, you can carry them in your hand bag, there is no waste or harmful chemicals. The My Inoya menstrual cup is by far the softest menstrual cup I’ve used.
It is easy to insert, and very comfortable to wear. I loved the detailed instructions and the addition of the cup for sterilising between cycles.
I appreciate that it is an Australian company, with excellent ethics and attention to detail.
Thank you My Inoya.
