More about our Reusable Menstrual Cup

How long does a menstrual cup last?

With proper care, it can last up to 10 years. But, we recommend replacing it every 3 years to keep things fresh and fabulous.

How do I clean my Reusable Menstrual Cup?

Sterilise it at the beginning and end of each cycle. During use, just rinse it with running water and you’re good to go!

Can I swim or exercise while wearing a cup?

Absolutely! You can definitely swim or exercise with your cup. Just a heads-up: if you're doing low to moderate exercise while your cup is full (like swimming), the pressure on your pelvic muscles might cause some leakage. To keep things worry-free, make sure to empty your cup at least 1 to 4 hours before hitting the pool or gym.

I’m a fan

As a long time cup user (over 15 years), I’ve used a few ! My cervix is super low so it’s tricky finding a cup that sits in properly and doesn’t poke me because it’s too large.
The mini is awesome and is perfect for my low cervix!! I do need to empty it a bit more on my heavy days but very happy
Thanks inoya <3

Love it!

I have been a menstrual cup user for over 10 years and needed a new one. I chose Inoya as they are Australian. Initially, I had issues with the cup not opening after insertion due to how much softer the cup is (I am used to a much more rigid one). Helena reached out to me with a fabulous tip that worked! Here I was thinking it wasn't right for me but I just had to learn a new trick. If you do a lot of yoga or Pilates and have a strong pelvic floor you may have the same trouble as me with getting the cup to open. Just make sure to push at the base where the loop is and it will open up!

I love the design, they are smooth and soft. For my past cups I had to cut the entire stem off as I found them too uncomfortable. You can't even feel the little loop. As the outside is so smooth, they are much easier to clean. I have found previous cups with ridging etc to be harder to keep clean.

I am also very impressed with Inoya's customer service. Reach out to them if you have any issues as they are super helpful!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Rachael. We're glad the tip helped and that you're loving the comfort and design of the cup. We're always here to help :)

Love the convenience

I’ve just finished up my cycle and honestly I loved the convenience of it! It was a bit to get used to the first couple times using it but once I got the hang of it it was very easy, the loop design definitely makes it easier to pull out I couldn’t imagine trying to get it out without it! :)

The loop design is genious!

I was super super nervous wearing it for the first couple of days, just paranoid I didn’t expand it properly and I would leak out but I didn’t! The loop on the end is genius, I couldn’t imagine getting it out without it! For someone that hasn’t used a cup before I loved it, exceeded everything I thought it would be like.

Amazing!

I’ve tried the Inoya cup and it’s amazing. It’s so much more comfortable than any other menstrual cup or disk that I’ve tried before. The sterilising cup is also super convenient too.

Love this product

I bought the Inoya cup after using another brand for several years. I needed to change because the one I was using had too short a stem, making removal very difficult. The Inoya cup was attractive because of its loop, rather than the traditional stem. I also liked the collapsible sanitising pot. I bought both together which saved me a bit - perfect! The sanitiser is sensational and doubles as a carry case if required. I took them both away with me on holiday and brought it back inside the pot. The cup was easy to insert and remove, even though I have a very high cervix. Highly recommend.

The hook is so handy

As a long time cup-user I was definitely curious about this cup because of the hook at the end. Most of the others I've used have the stem and it's so annoying. Was pleasantly surprised at how handy the hook was.

So comfy!

The cup was so comfy and I couldn't feel it. I really liked the fact that you can wear it for hours and not have to worry about changing. Also not having to discard a used tampon or pad is really good too. As a first time cup user, I was excited to make the switch and surprised at how convenient and easy it was to use.
