It’s more flexible than the cups I used to wear, I highly recommend for anyone seeking a cup!

I haven’t tried other period cups before so I have nothing to compare it to but what I loved was how easy they are to insert, remove and clean. The sterilising cup and the fact it folds. All pieces are easily to take around (took with me on our family holiday!)

Highly recommended if you are looking to switch

I have used various menstrual cup brands for the past 10 years and haven’t looked back. I like that they last for years, you can carry them in your hand bag, there is no waste or harmful chemicals. The My Inoya menstrual cup is by far the softest menstrual cup I’ve used.
It is easy to insert, and very comfortable to wear. I loved the detailed instructions and the addition of the cup for sterilising between cycles.
I appreciate that it is an Australian company, with excellent ethics and attention to detail.

Wow! I was very unsure how I’d feel about trying a cup it’s taken me a few years to wrap my mind around using it. Though I’m so glad I took the leap! Definitely should’ve tried it sooner! It’s already been a money saver! It’s so comfortable and easy to use!

I have always wanted to try a period cup and I was so impressed with Inoya, the loop makes this design so easy to use and every detail from the packaging to the company sustainability ethos is so well thought out. Highly recommend giving the cup a go!

I haven't had a good experience with menstrual cups in the past since there was no explanation of how to use it, so I had to do the research myself. Having a user guide explaining how it works is a great idea. The trickiest part for me was taking it out since it was not only a matter of pulling the cup but activating the pelvic floor muscles. In saying that, the user guide says "apply a slight pressure on your lower abdomen" but I would understand it better if it said the pelvic floor instead.

I loved the idea of the loop, it makes it way more practical than the traditional string. If I had to say something about this, I'd have appreciated the loop being slightly bigger since I struggled a bit to get my finger through it when it was inside.

In regards to the sterilizing cup I wouldn't change a thing, I adored this! I think is a great concept, easy to use and the fact that is foldable is a plus!
