Inoya Duo - Period Cup + Steriliser

As a long time cup user (over 15 years), I’ve used a few ! My cervix is super low so it’s tricky finding a cup that sits in properly and doesn’t poke me because it’s too large.
The mini is awesome and is perfect for my low cervix!! I do need to empty it a bit more on my heavy days but very happy

I have ordered the medium cup and the sterilizer. The cup felt...well, different from anything I ever experienced before 😆. I loved the non-messyness, the environmentally friendly experience and the idea that I was doing something good for me, using a product that is non-toxic. After a couple of clumsy attempts, I manage to insert the cup properly and I must say once its in, you wont even know its there. I believe I ordered a size that is too big for me, therefore inserting /removing felt a little uncomfortable at times. Helena was there every step of the process, super helpful, supportive and responsive, and happily sent me the smaller size. I am very happy with my decision to try this and I would recommend this product without any doubt.

The Inoya Cup is very easy to use, a set and forget each day I’m on my period. It’s great to have a product I don’t have to worry or think about because it’s so comfortable I don’t notice it, and can trust it to do its job.

Excellent customer service and good to know that it can be returned if it doesn't work for you. This cup is on the shorter end of things with the Super size being 55mm total length, while many popular cups are around 70mm total length. For those with low cervixes who find the stems annoying, or who need to trim them, this might be great. But for those who have a high cervix and bodies that take the cup a long way inside, they might find it a bit challenging to remove. The loop stem does help, but I do have to really stretch it down to be able to get a good hold of it. It would be good if they could add a second 'rung' to the ladder stem which would be easier to get hold of.

It is a soft cup and feels nice. When it comes out, it doesn't pop open suddenly snapping against the skin, which is a positive. I insert it with a small 7-fold and it usually opens up well for me. It didn't work so well when I did a bigger 7-fold. With a bit of adjusting, I can usually get it to open fully.

If you're not sure about buying it, Helena is happy to discuss it with you, and the returns policy is there, so you can feel assured that if it doesn't work for you, you can return it and get your money back. Really the only issue for me is that the stem is a bit short which makes it a bit difficult to remove, but I am still going to stick with it anyway.

Its very comfortable and it holds my flow well. I find that the ring makes it easier to take out and doesn’t irritate like a conventional stem would. It also arrived right before my flight! Thanks again to Helena and the lovely team at Inoya for sending it to me via Express Post! :)

I have used period cups for YEARS but always struggled to find one that’s super easy to use and remove! Absolutely no leaking, so easy with the design loop to remove! Thank you, love my new cup ❤️

Really happy with this cup! It’s softer than what I’ve used before, so it took a little getting used to with the folding and making sure it popped open properly inside. A couple of times early on it didn’t fully open and I had some leakage, but once I got the hang of it, it was super easy to use (the trick is to push it and pull slightly up to make sure it opens and is place.)

It's super comfortable (even forgot about it a few times - oops!) And the little hook makes it super easy to get out. The packaging is great (every detail is very thoughtful) and easy to store and it works perfectly with the cup steriliser. Very happy!

Great product. Fast postage

Having used period cups for quite a few years prior I was excited to try the Inoya and am super impressed.
It is so comfortable to wear I hardly notice it, The rubber is super soft and easy to insert and the sterilised makes it so simple to clean!
The fact it is also low tox and sustainable is just the added bonus.
If I had to choose between the Inoya and previous ones I have used, I would pick the Inoya every time now and have been fully converted.
