How to Use

1. Fold & Insert: Fold the cup into a comfortable shape and insert it like a tampon. The soft silicone unfolds inside for a secure fit.

2. Wear & Go: Enjoy up to 12 hours of leak-free protection. Yes, you read that right – 12 hours!

3. Remove & Rinse: Use the loop to gently remove the cup, empty it, rinse with water, and it's ready to go again.

More about our Reusable Menstrual Cup

Is the Inoya Period Cup beginner friendly?

Yes! The Inoya Period Cup was thoughtfully designed to address the common challenges people face when trying a cup for the first time. It’s one of the softest, most beginner-friendly menstrual cups available. The ultra-soft silicone helps with easy insertion, and the loop design makes removal much simpler (no awkward digging or guessing!). If you’re new to cups, Inoya is a gentle, confidence-building place to start.

Is the Inoya Period Cup suitable for people with a high cervix?

Yes! If you have a high cervix, we recommend starting with the Super or Regular size, depending on your flow.

Our bell-shaped design is made to accommodate a variety of pelvic shapes, and the unique loop handle makes the cup easy to reach and remove—whether you have a high or low cervix.

How long does a menstrual cup last?

With proper care, it can last up to 10 years. But, we recommend replacing it every 3 years to keep things fresh and fabulous.

How do I clean my Reusable Menstrual Cup?

Sterilise it at the beginning and end of each cycle. Our compact steriliser makes cleaning simple and fuss-free.

During use, just rinse it with running water and you’re good to go!

Can I swim or exercise while wearing a cup?

Absolutely! You can definitely swim or exercise with your cup. Just a heads-up: if you're doing low to moderate exercise while your cup is full (like swimming), the pressure on your pelvic muscles might cause some leakage. To keep things worry-free, make sure to empty your cup at least 1 to 4 hours before hitting the pool or gym.

Love the cup

I love using cups so much. I loved that it was super easy to take out. Other ones I have don't have the little handle, so it's really practical and easy to use.

Easy to insert, no leaks, and super soft!

I've been committed to eco-friendly period products for decades and this is the best menstrual cup I've ever used. The super-flexible material, bell shape, and finger hook make the Inoya cup the most user-friendly design I've seen. I'm happy to recommend this product to my cup-skeptical clients. ;)

I can't wait to continue to use it!

As someone who love using my original period cup, I was beyond impressed that it came with its own sterilising cup as well - so much better than having to have a designated pot and spoon, especially being in a share house. As soon as I put the cup in, I forgot it was there (and continue to forget it was there over the course of my period) which allowed me to keep living without interrupton. A big PSA for all people with long nails, be careful when trying to grab the loop to recover the cup, it definately took me sometime to figure out what was the best. I love how easy it is to empty while in the shower, and never had an issue with overflow and leakage - but I do say that from the POV of someone who is on the pill and has very average periods.

Loving it!

Have been loving it! Has been such a game changer on so many levels. Took it with me to Japan recently.

My only bit of feedback is its not easy to find instructions on the website on how to use the cleaning cup since I threw out the packaging. Every month I forget how long I'm meant to stick it in the microwave for and I have to hunt through Instagram posts. Would be great to have it on the FAQ page!

Absolutely loved it!

I haven’t tried other period cups before so I have nothing to compare it to but what I loved was how easy they are to insert, remove and clean. The sterilising cup and the fact it folds. All pieces are easily to take around (took with me on our family holiday!)

The hook which makes removal easy

And also the biggest factor is honestly how good you feel by preventing additional pads and tampons ending up in landfill. The sustainability factor is a big one for me
